Hi there Jennifer..,

I just thought it would be good to drop by; wishing you many blessings, for the coming year and beyond.

As a less than cultured man, I had never listened to, nor appreciated opera, until I heard a friend playing your fantastic version of  'Al ampo dell' armi.'

I do not exaggerate, nor stretch the truth, when I say, I was covered in goose bumps, with tears of joy running down my strangely contoured face!

Since then, I have made it a mission to listen to much of your singing, whenever possible and also, read about the history of this beautiful art form and also broaden my musical tastes.

So many thanks for the kick start I needed, culture wise and if you ever wish to run away, you can come and sing for me all day in Yorkshire, England, whilst I grin happily:D

In all seriousness, may the Lord bless and prosper you and your loved ones, granting you strength for your obviously busy life.

 Thank you once again..

 James.

Ps, the only time I have shattered a wine glass, was when I dropped it!!

For many months I have wanted to write to you after your absolutely stellar performances as Gerturde in Hamlet at the Met. I saw it in HD. Gertrude is not usually a role that we pay much attention to, but your performance was so outstanding that we all paid attention!  You are used to performing the title role or starring role in many operas, and it was wonderful to see you take a secondary role yet make it a stand-out. I look forward to continuing great performances. Thank you!

I loved Jennifer Larmore in the Bizet Habanera video. My favorite video because she seemingly teased and taunted but I liked it! Ha! Want to write a work for her one of these days.
